  • This is a basic report format although still comprehensive in its subject coverage. It’s purpose is to provide a potential purchaser with essential information on structural condition. The report is presented in the highly respected RICS format with its clear traffic-light rating system.

  • HomeBuyers reports are the next level of survey format. The report identifies defects (within the practical limitations of a survey) and highlights these problems with a clear traffic-light rating system. 

  • This is the most comprehensive and detailed type of report that is available. It is particularly suitable for older buildings which usually require a greater level of technical understanding. Again, the report is presented in the highly respected RICS format and with its clear traffic-light rating system.
